Yes, you can use Raining Vegetables without a smartphone. We offer an SMS Essentials plan that allows you to access the app via SMS. Here's how it works:

When creating your account, you have the option to select "Community Farmer" as your role. The Community Farmer will be responsible for managing the account, and all users added to that account will benefit from the SMS Essentials plan.

With the SMS Essentials plan, each user pays a subscription fee of UGX 3,000 per month. In return, you'll receive weekly text messages containing essential information, including weather forecasts and market prices. This ensures that you stay informed about crucial agricultural insights even if you don't have a smartphone.

Creating an account on Raining Vegetables is quick and easy. Here's how:

1. Visit the Raining Vegetables website.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button.
3. Enter your name, phone number, and password.
4. Click on the "Sign Up" button.
5. Enter the access code sent to your phone number.
6. Click on the "Submit Code" button.
7. Enter your farm details.
8. Click on the "Complete Account Setup" button.

Once your account is created, you can log in to your account using your phone number or email address. Here's how:

1. Visit the Raining Vegetables website.
2. Click on the "Log In" button.
3. Enter your phone number or email address.
4. Click on the "Log In" button.
5. Enter the access code sent to your phone number or email address.
6. Click on the "Submit Code" button.

You can pay for your subscription using mobile money. We accept payments from MTN and Airtel. Here's how:

2. Access the "Settings" section.
3. Click on the "Pay Subscription" button.
4. Enter the amount you want to pay.
5. Click on the "Pay" button.
6. Enter your mobile money PIN.

1. Click on the weather button. Once you have clicked on the weather. You can see the different weather conditions based on your region.
2. Tap on see details to see more about the different weather conditions in your area.
3. Tap on see details for the different following days. The weather feature also provides customers with weather updates for the next five days with an interval of 3 hours on each day.

1. Click on finances. Once you have clicked on finances, you can see your total expenses, and debts, add new expenses, or even download the full expense report.
2. To download a full expense report, click on download full expense report.
3. One can keep track of their revenue, and credit amount and can also download a full revenue report.
4. To download the report, click on download full revenue report.

The shopping feature helps farmers to sell or even buy products on the application.

How to shop on the application

To shop that is buy or sell, you click on the shop feature and you can either see what you bought or what you sold.

The farm calendar feature helps farmers to schedule their farm activities and also keep track of their farm activities.

How to access the farm calendar;

1. Click on the farm calendar
2. Click on the add button to add a new activity
3. Fill in the details of the activity

The farm report feature helps farmers to keep track of their farm activities and also download a full farm report.
